U.S. to proceed commerce protections on biofuels: commerce secretary

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross informed a Senate panel on Wednesday that the administration of President Donald Trump plans to proceed to guard U.S. biofuel producers with commerce actions, comparable to tariffs.
