AMD chips might have safety flaws, report says

(Reuters) – Superior Micro Gadgets is investigating a report that a few of its processors have safety vulnerabilities, the U.S. chipmaker stated on Tuesday.

Israel-based cybersecurity agency CTS Labs stated it discovered 13 vital safety vulnerabilities and producer backdoors in AMD’s EPYC, Ryzen, Ryzen Professional and Ryzen Cell traces of processors. The issues may put organizations at elevated threat of cyber-attacks, the report stated here
